Join our team

We are looking for a professional who is eager to join the Momentumco team and participate in consulting projects in the public sector, working in a collaborative and innovative environment. You will provide support in various tasks related to the projects you are assigned to, which will involve defining strategy, developing dashboards, analyzing and improving processes, or monitoring key projects, among others, while interacting and collaborating directly with clients. Qualities we especially value include empathy, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, versatility, oral and written communication skills, critical thinking, values, and motivation.

Main functions:

  • Analysis of contextual documentation.
  • Attending client meetings to gather requirements and project planning.
  • Attending planning and project monitoring meetings with the client’s team.
  • Organizing tasks to achieve project objectives.
  • Technical and logistical preparation of work sessions.
  • Attendance and participation in work sessions.
  • Writing summary minutes of work sessions.
  • Preparation of technical documentation.
  • Project monitoring.
  • Providing a critical perspective and improvement ideas.
  • Collaborating with other consultants on the team to provide occasional project support.
  • Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Contributing to the company’s overall reputation and success with commitment and professional rigor.
  • Assisting in the development of commercial offers to attract new projects and clients.
  • Staying up-to-date on project-related topics.

Essential requirements:

  • University degree: Bachelor’s degree in the field of social sciences or industrial engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Excellent spelling and writing skills in Catalan and Spanish.
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical ability, methodical approach, rigor, and common sense.
  • Strong written communication skills for document preparation.

It will be positively valued:

  • Experience in the consulting sector.
  • Knowledge or experience in the public sector.
  • Additional training: project management, postgraduate studies in social fields, specific software programs.
  • Other languages.
